Briefing

We begin by studying your brief, reading the data, and tinkering around with the design. Initial design will be delivered in 3-5 days (depending on your package).

Feedback/Revisions

After presenting the initial design concept to you, we will ask for feedback and make any necessary revisions. You will review the design and provide feedback on areas that need to be improved or changed.

Final Delivery

Once the design is approved, we will finalize the design and send you all the files included in your package.

We need to have the data ready before we proceed as it will serve as the basis of the design. So, when you place an order, you will be asked to submit your instructions and details we need from you, to deliver an excellent infographic. (title, size, brand, style, data points…)

Data points are the content/data/text that you want to display/represent in your infographic. A 10-point Infographic presents 10 info points; 20-point Infographic presents 20 info points and so on.

Example: “What is Premium Infographics ? Premium Infographics is a professional design studio.” 1 Point “Why should you hire Premium Infographics for your infographic needs? Because Premium Infographics studio is fast, reliable, affordable, and communicates very well!”. Another 1 point.

No, we do not research the Infographic content. We design the visuals solely on the information provided by you.

You can always ask for a revision. We will provide you as many revisions as specified in your package.

All our revision services are free of cost and can be availed as many times as mentioned in the packages. We won’t ask you for any extra charge.

Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.
 
Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

Premium Infographics offers a ton of flexibility in how you request designs using Trello. Some common ways clients request designs is directly via Email, Trello, sharing Google docs. Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it's fair game.

Instead of a business membership, choose a package for one single infographic design.
